Embro Presents
A Collaboration With…
Vines was inspired by her family and other brands around her to build her status. Basement Boy (shown above) is a brand that helped her get to where she is today.
But it was trial and error that was apart of her journey towards more opportunity. Her passion for poetry grew from the efforts of giving a speech at a BLM protest for the death of Daunte Wright.
Vines has been viral for the infamous poetry she tells through her social media. Her social media influence to entertain, share her sense of fashion, and handle real world issues has given her supporters and allowed her to be discovered by others around the globe.
The racial inequality that our country faces is seen clearly in Vines’ eyes. Making her mark by speaking at Daunte Wright’s protest has made her a part of the unending civil rights movement.
She works diligently to make sure that black voices are heard and spoken for. She knows that the black community has the right to prevail and so she takes action in building the community.
"Racial inequality must be combatted at all levels,” Vines states “I’ve taken the streets and protested, I’m chasing my dreams, & I’m unapologetically Black because my ancestors died under the rule of racial injustices.”
Entrepreneurship has changed every aspects of Vines’ life. She began writing poetry and strongly investing in her business when life chose another option for those close to her. Since then she has passionately pursued her goals and turns her ideas into reality.
Her success is defined by growth, resilience, and authenticity.
