Terms and Conditions:
Booking Confirmation: Submission of the Client Submission Information Sheet does not guarantee the booking of services with J. Vaughn as the Creative Director. Booking confirmation is subject to availability and mutual agreement on project details.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of half of the full balance is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or before the final delivery of service. Payment can be made via CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, or physical Cash.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the shoot may incur additional fees. J. Vaughn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, or other emergencies.
Usage Rights: The client acknowledges that J.Vaughn retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs taken during the shoot. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for the agreed-upon purposes outlined in the project details. Any additional usage beyond the agreed scope requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.
Model Releases: It is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary model releases, permissions, and clearances for individuals appearing in the photographs. J.Vaughn shall not be held liable for any legal issues arising from the unauthorized use of likenesses or images.
Creative Direction: J.Vaughn will provide creative direction and guidance throughout the shoot to ensure the best possible outcome. While client input and preferences are valued and respected, J. Vaughn reserves the right to make artistic decisions in line with their expertise and vision.
Liability: J.Vaughn shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the photo shoot, including but not limited to equipment damage, property damage, or personal injury. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless J.Vaughn from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client's use of the photographs.
